Restore Purchases

On a new iPhone or iPad, or after reinstalling the app, open Settings in the app, tap Support the Developer, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account you subscribed with.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions and choose History of Market: Heat Map. In the app, open Settings, tap Support the Developer, then tap Manage Subscription to reach the same page.

To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To ask Apple for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Widgets

To add a widget, touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen until the apps jiggle, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Heat Map. Choose a widget, swipe to pick a size and tap Add Widget. On the Lock Screen, touch and hold it, tap Customize, choose the Lock Screen, then tap the widget area.

Some widgets are available to Supporters; a locked widget says so.

Widgets update on a schedule set by iOS. If a widget stops updating, open the app once.
